Welcome to Prairie Plains Outfitters! We are committed to providing you with a safe, enjoyable, and memorable outdoor experience. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking any of our guided hunting or fishing services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a guided service with Prairie Plains Outfitters, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book our services.

2. Booking and Payment

Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability. To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking.
Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before the scheduled service date. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
Confirmation: Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive a booking confirmation and a detailed itinerary.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Client: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the service date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the service date are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Prairie Plains Outfitters: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided, or you may choose to reschedule for a future date.

4. Liability and Safety

Assumption of Risk: By participating in our guided services, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in hunting and fishing activities and agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur.
Liability Waiver: All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before the commencement of the service. Failure to sign the waiver will result in the forfeiture of your booking without refund.
Safety Regulations: All participants must adhere to safety instructions and guidelines provided by our guides. Failure to comply may result in the termination of the service without refund.

Special Needs: We are committed to making our services accessible to everyone. If you have any special needs or require specific accommodations, please let us know in advance. We will do our utmost to ensure that all interested hunters and fishers can participate and enjoy a safe and fulfilling experience.

6. Equipment and Gear

Provided Equipment: Prairie Plains Outfitters will provide all necessary equipment and gear for the service. Participants are responsible for any loss or damage to the provided equipment.
Personal Gear: Participants are welcome to bring their own gear, subject to inspection and approval by our guides.

7. Conduct and Behavior

Respect: Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards our guides, staff, and the environment. Any form of disrespectful or harmful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the service without refund.
Wildlife and Environment: We are committed to preserving the natural environment and wildlife. Participants must follow all regulations and guidelines to minimize their impact on the environment.

8. Photo and Video Release

Media: By participating in our services, you grant Prairie Plains Outfitters the right to take photographs and videos of your experience. These may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Prairie Plains Outfitters operates.

10. Changes to Terms

Prairie Plains Outfitters reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
